工作职责:

1. 和计划员沟通正常、紧急、临时及促销订单的状况及时满足客户需求。

2. 沟通协调仓库、物流公司日常交货事宜包括异常情况、货损率等。

3. 与质量部门解决客户投诉（如质量和运输等）。

4. 成品库存数量和风险库存管理（客户订单延期、减少、取消等原因）。

5. 月度开票、每周跟进应收账款事宜。

6. 月度定期与运输商核对账务信息。

7. 与相关部门沟通跟进客户要求的文件资料。

8. 各类销售报表的编制与分析。

9. 部门费用报销提交并跟进。

10. 配合其他部门相关工作。

11. 配合研发样品的寄送。

12. 文件归档。

任职资格:

? 大专及以上学历。

? 2-3年以上在工厂的客服/计划/物流经验。

? 英语听、读、写能力。

? 对数据敏感且一定的数据分析能力。

? 有一定的分析问题和解决问题的能力。

? 有较强的学习能力。

? 有良好的团队协作精神。

? 做事积极主动，及良好的自我约束能力。

? 思维清晰，与客户进行良好的沟通。

? 较强的责任心及较强的抗压管理能力。

? 熟练运用办公软件excel, word, PowerPoint的操作。
