1. Carry on regular PM plan & TPM & CM in whole production line;

执行生产设备的定期预防维护计划、全员维护保养计划及设备抢修工作；

2. Responsible for downtime root causes analysis, finding breakthrough and fix the failure;

负责设备故障根本原因的分析及解决方案, 并恢复设备的正常运行；

3. Lead and complete the project related to equipment improvement, setting new function, program debugging and backup;

领导并完成设备的改善、新功能实现, 程序调试和备份；

4. Coordinate/organize maintenance failures period analysis to find root cause, issue related report and action plan;

协调/组织维修故障定期分析,跟踪相应改善活动,并形成相关报告及行动计划；

5.Support spare parts purchasing and related technical issues solving;

支持备件采购及相关的技术问题解决；

6. To take key roles on coaching technicians for maintenance skills and improving their troubleshooting skills also making training courseware and materials as an maintenance expert;

作为维修专家, 负责编写培训材料或课件，并在维修人员维修知识和提高解决问题能力方面的培训发挥重要作用；

7. Support preventive maintenance supervisor to achieve maintenance department related KPI target;

支持PM主管完成维修部门KPI 的考核目标；

8. Other works required by his supervisor;

完成其领导指定其他工作；

Qualification Requirement 任职资格

Education 教育:

College or above in the major of mechanical manufacturing, automation or Mechatronics;

大学本科及以上学历，机械制造、自动化或机电一体化相关专业；

Experience 经验要求 ：

a) At least 3 years working experience in maintenance in manufacturing industry 至少3年制造行业的维修经验；

b) Strong and solid knowledge in electronic, PLC, transducer, servo motor, CNC Machine; 丰富的电气、PLC、变频器、伺服电机及数控加工设备方面的知识；

Competency 胜任力

- Team player, detail oriented, patient and able to work under pressure;

良好的团队领合作力，细节导向，耐心，能承受一定的压力；

- Computer skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel;

能够应用Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel；

- Good spoken and written English are preferred;

良好的英语书面和口语表达能力优先 ；

- Problem analysis and problemshooting skills.
