QC Inspector for PAPER DIVISION

Functions objectives

Perform Inline and final Inspections in the factories

Main tasks and duties:

Perform Inline and final Inspections in the factories by following the instruction of your supervisor

  

You will check goods according to the procedure and following AQL standard

  

You will have to manage a dedicated portfolio of factories and provide to Quality Manager a monthly feedback of them

  

You will duly fill the report according to the company policy by adding pictures and details

  

You will interact with Project Manager/Specialist regarding products’ key features and standards

  

You will be required to support Quality Manager to solve the NC until closed

You will be required to come to Guangzhou Office for meeting when is requested

Competences required:

Experience in inspecting goods

  

At least 5 years of experience in paper is MANDATORY (shopping bags, gift boxes, paper processing methods, etc.)

  

Strong knowledge of AQL Standard

  

Management of the Inspection tools

  

In time communication with Quality Manager when detecting issues

  

Understanding of customer’s requirements and company expectations in term of quality target

  

Understanding of the product details in order to drive factory to improve the production line

  

Open minded and able to work under pressure, high owner ship to solve problem

  

Able to travel often around China (South Asia when requested)

  

Diligence and precision

Chinese native speaker

Good knowledge of English is mandatory

  

Experience in Luxury will be a plus

  

Experience in Optical, Softline and/or Display will be a plus

  

Willing to work in a fast growing environment

Candidates without paper experience won’t be taken into consideration
