岗位职责：1. 熟悉空运操作流程， 能够独立完成空运货物的全程操作。

2. 熟悉青岛空运市场， 能够拿到较好的空运价格以及找到好的运输方案。

3. 能够跟国外熟练沟通， 有较好的英文沟通能力和沟通技巧。

4、做好报关和操作的衔接，跟踪货物动态，并能及时迅速地处理出现的问题；

5、核对提单及文件的制作；

6、负责与客户、海外代理、航空公司、代理等沟通及协调，及时回复客户有关空运需求及操作流程；

任职资格

1、从事空运操作2年以上工作经验

2、熟悉进出口贸易的基本知识，具备单证、货代、运输知识；

3、电脑操作熟练，工作细心，有良好的客户维护意识；

4. 有较强的责任心， 对工作有高度认真负责的态度

5. 善于学习新的事物， 有较强的学习和接受能力

6、英语六级，能够熟练的英语书写和口头表达。
