RESPONSIBILITIES

Forwarding- EDI Registration

· Input of commercial invoice and shipping information

· Following up on missing documents with relevant departments

· Transshipment management & compliance

Customs – EDI Registration

· Commercial invoice data entry covering all valuation and line information

· PO Reconciliation for PO Customers

· Origin compliance, including document management

Finance

· Tax invoice & Arrival Notice Filing

· Financial transactions

REQUIREMENTS

· Good at reading and writing English

· Good PC skills

· Good learning skills

· Good communication skills (in Mandarin or English)

· Team spirit – caring, supportive and respect to our colleagues

· Result oriented, with commitment to quality
