岗位职责:

Responsibilities:
? Develop, implement and report on a quarterly basis a Business Review for all Revenue Service Lines. This review will entail:
？ Developing format of Business Review.
？ Providing Financial and Analytical Data to Service lines for preparation of the review.
？ Scheduling of Reviews
？ Quarterly Summary of issues and operational performance
? Implement and Report on monthly basis Key Operating indicators.
? Develop, implement and report a weekly projection of UFD performance. This will include:
？ Financial Performance
？ Productivity Performance
？ Collections Cycle Performance
? Develop Annual Operating Budget for submission to UFH Management for review.
? Develop, implement and report on a monthly basis key performance indicators of the revenue cycle. These indicators will include (But not limited to):
？ Insurance Verification and Pre-certification
？ Registration Accuracy
？ Charge Capture Effectiveness
? In collaboration with Service Line and Clinical managers, implement process redesign to increase business efficiency of Revenue Cycle.
? Develop, monitor internal control and oversight of financial reporting.
? Monitor Capex expenditure and cost control.
? Responsible for monitoring and enforcing Internal Controls in the Revenue Operations area.
? Own the balances of related balance sheet accounts under the Revenue Cycle including oversight on balances, recons, disclosures – in line with UFH level policy.
? Lead a team of receptionists, cashiers, pre-certification and call center personnel across China.
? Create strategies of patient distribution based upon clinic volume and revenue need.
? Create systems of customer service both in person and over the phone.
? Work with marketing to create systems to record package sales and discounts given.
? Work with local management teams across China in creating a unified vision and goals for the dental service line.

任职资格:

Qualifications :
？ Bachelors Degree of Health Care Administrations, and / or Accounting, but Master Degree preferred.
？ 3-5 years related experience.
