To assist Human Resources Manager in supporting and executing various HR functions including but not limited to staffing and selection; staff movement and records maintenance; payroll and staff benefit administration. S/he will also work with the team to update company policies & procedures and hold staff functions across all China offices.

  

  Requirements  

• Degree educated in Human Resources discipline.

• 5 years of working experience in human resources in different China provinces, familiar to handle employment related documentations.

• Well versed in China Labour Ordinance and all employment related regulations.

• Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English.

• Excellent MS Word / Excel / Powerpoint, Internet skills. Knowledge in Human Resources Information System is a definite advantage.

• Strong sense of teamwork, high sense of urgency and confidentiality.

• Travel within China and Hong Kong is required.

• Candidates with less experience may be considered as Human Resources Specialist.
