岗位职责:

Summary of Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for introducing service to individuals, hospitals, doctors and other partners
2. 100% achieve sales targets in assigned to all aspects of sales activities

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the introduction and sales of BJU's services to individuals, hospitals, doctors and other partners
2. Ensure that the annual revenue and unit targets for the portfolio are fully achieved through a consistent performance
3. Exhibit a proactive approach in attending to patients' problems & needs and avoidance of patients' dissatisfaction; to display a total commitment in putting patients first
4. Ensure a complete coverage on assigned to the staff, maintain the required prospect and relevant activity in order to achieve accurate forecasting so that revenue and unit targets could be attained
5. Complete and process all documentation and administration accurately and timely
6. Fully understand the importance of sales quality improvement and sales handbook
7. Ensure all behavior fully follow hospital direction, discipline and process
8. Supports marketing efforts as necessary
9. 100% follow hospital sales process
10. Other sales service related work as directed by team manager

任职资格:

Knowledge and Experience:
1. University graduate or above
2. At least 2 years of direct sales experience, with proven track record of sales success
3. Good knowledge of medical terminology and hospital services
4. Excellent network of physicians and other medical professionals
5. Good customer orientation, communication, negotiation, presentation and analysis skills
6. Fluent in Chinese; some English language skills preferred
