Senior Sales Manager -Locate in Shanghai

Requirement:
1. Degree in Textile Engineering.
2. More than 12 years' working experience in textiles, out of which at least 5 years experience at managerial position
3. Familiar with yarns and related products
4. Good network in textiles industry and strong industry knowledge
5. Previous work experience in trading environment, well aware of trade terms, payment terms and documentation for import is a must.
6. Fluent in English and Mandarin. Knowledge of Cantonese will be an advantage
7. Excellent leadership skill and should be able to lead or work with teams with different cultures.
8. Familiar with China and Chinese culture
9. Good time management, communication and presentation skills
10. Passionate in selling, presentable, and organized
11. Energetic, mature, aggressive, pro-active and hardworking
12. Position will be based in Qingdao/Shenzhen/Shanghai

Job Descriptions:
1. Lead and monitor the PRC Sales team of Textiles Division
2. Achieve the Sales Targets
3. Develop and maintain good relationship with potential and existing customers
4. Building and cultivating customer relationships at all levels with target accounts
5. Follow up with customers for production issues, and provide supporting to new product development
6. Actively explore and develop new markets/channels especially to manage the portfolio of key accounts on the defined markets in China in order to meet with company's targets
7. Build network within the industry, community, business, and customers to stay updated in current practice which may have impact towards our customers
8. Work closely with the team and share the best practices to ensure our service consistency and quality
9. Work out business plans and drive business development opportunities and compete for strong sales and customer base in PRC
10. Prepare regular sales forecast, reports and market analysis to management
11. Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned in line with the business development
