工作职责:

1.      Develop strategic initiatives to achieve annual sales target and maintain competitive advantage.

制定战略计划，实现年度销售目标，保持竞争优势。

2.      Customer Development: Penetrates key OFS customers by broadening the portfolio scope of products sold.

客户开发：通过扩大销售产品的组合来渗透关键的OFS客户。

3.      Make regular sales calls to develop and maintain relationships with strategic customers.

定期打销售电话，发展和维护与战略客户的关系。

4.      Evaluate product and service marketability in terms of customers’ needs.

根据顾客的需求，评价产品和服务的适销性。

5.      Monitor and evaluate the activities and products of the company.

监督和评估公司的活动和产品。

6.      Manages administrative/operational effectiveness functions including S&OP, information request, regulatory requests, legal requests, BORs, competitive intelligence, results tracking and analysis, pipeline management and sales reports.

管理行政/运营有效性职能，包括S&OP、信息请求、监管请求、法律请求、BOR、竞争情报、结果跟踪和分析、渠道管理和销售报告。

7.      Ensures portfolio of products matches our customers’ evolving needs and the marketing trends/insights.

确保产品组合符合客户不断变化的需求和营销趋势/见解。

8.      Other duties as assigned by leader.

任职资格:

1.      Bachelor degree or above majoring in Foods Science or related majors;

食品科学或相关专业本科以上学历；

2.      Minimum 3 years practical experience in food industries.

3年以上食品行业工作经验。

3.      Able to communicate in English will be preferable.

英语熟练者优先考虑。

4.      Strong orientation toward teamwork and collaborative development, “Hands-on” and works well as part of a team;

对团队合作和协作发展有很强的导向性，愿意“动手”，并且作为团队的一部分工作得很好；

5.      Must be able to travel up to 60% of the time.

接受60%以上的出差时间。
