岗位职责
1、负责公司所有钢结构项目的协调

2、对钢结构工程师的指导培训
3、和采购、财务等其他部门沟通合作，确保钢结构项目的进度及质量

4、钢结构团队的建设


资质要求

1、大专以上学历，机械或相关专业
2、5年以上钢结构项目管理或相关工作经验，2年以上团队管理经验。具备良好的项目管理及钢结构安装经验

3、良好的沟通能力和承压能力，良好的突发事件解决能力

4、具备基本的英文听说读写能力

5、能接受经常性出差

Job description：

1.coordination work of steel structure projects

2.train and instruct steel structure engineer

3.coordinate with purchasing and financial departments to ensure quality and process of steel structure projects

4.team builder

Qualificaitons：

1.college graduate or above major in machinery

2.5+ year’s steel structure projects management or related experience, 2+ year’s team management experience. Good at projects management and steel structure installation

3.good communication skills, can work under pressure and ability to deal with contingency

4.basic English skills (reading, writing, listening, speaking)

5.willing to travel intensively
