主要职责 Major Responsibilities:

1 根据生产计划要求组织完成炼胶生产任务。

Organizing and accomplishing production plan according to the production plan.

2 组织严格按作业指导书操作，遵守炼胶质量控制程序。

Organizing employees to operate in strict according with the work introduction, and complying with compounding quality controlling procedure.

3 组织班组5S活动。

Organizing 5S activities.

4 组织严格按照安全操作规程进行操作，杜绝安全事故。

Organizing employees to operate in strict accordance with safety operation regulation to avoid accident.

5 组织按照设备操作规程进行设备维护、保养。

Organizing employees to maintenance equipments according to the equipment operation regulation.

6 积极主动地提出合理化建议。

Put forward reasonable suggestion positively and actively.

7 协助公司相关部门解决胶料问题。

Assist other departments to resolve compounding issues.

8 协助部门做好员工培训工作。

Training operators well .

岗位要求：

大专以上

University or above

良好的英语听说读写能力

Good command English ,both spoken and written

熟练使用办公自动化软件

Familiar with office software

岗位知识和技能

具有八年以上橡胶行业的生产操作工作经验，4年管理经验。

Minimum 8 years rubber industry operation experiences, minimum 4 years management experience

具备炼胶操作基本技能。

Familiar with compounding operation skills

了解炼胶作业指导书。

Understand compounding work introduction

了解炼胶设备及维护保养知识。

Understand compounding equipments and maintenance knowledges

了解炼胶安全知识。

Understand mixing rubber safety knowledes

        自2008年12月起，原公司名称－海克斯康聚合材料（青岛）有限公司Hexagon Polymers Compounding Qingdao变更为海克斯波聚合材料（青岛）有限公司HEXPOL Compounding Qingdao.
        海克斯波聚合材料（HEXPOL）是总部位于瑞典的HEXPOL AB集团成员之一，是橡胶混炼领域的跨国公司。Hexpol目前在全球有40多家工厂，分别主要位于比利时、德国、瑞典、捷克、美国、加拿大、中国和墨西哥等国家，其中海克斯波（青岛）于2006年1月份注册成立，并于2007年3月15日正式投产。海克斯波聚合体的三大生产领域—混炼胶、塑胶轮子、热交换垫片均在青岛胶南设立独立运营的工厂，分别是：海克斯波聚合材料（青岛）有限公司、四达轮业（青岛）有限公司、吉斯拉维密封技术（青岛）有限公司。
海克斯波聚合材料(青岛)有限公司是由HEXPOL设立的独资企业,工厂位于青岛市黄岛区凤凰山路（原青岛中路899号，胶南临港工业区）。公司前期投资1500万美元,建设两条橡胶混炼生产线,主要设备从德国进口。公司现在有两条生产线，年产量高达两万吨。公司的目标是做成亚洲最好和最大的技术橡胶混炼以及服务供应商。
目前主要的混炼胶种为EPDM，SBR，NBR，HNBR，ACM, AEM, IIR, CR，CSM, CPE, ECO 和NR/IR等。主要客户领域为汽车行业如密封条,胶带,胶管;建筑行业;电缆；及水处理系统等。

HEXPOL Compounding (HEXPOL) is an international group operating in the field of rubber compounding. With more than 40 mixing facilities in Europe, North America, and China, the company has been very successful in meeting customers' ever changing demand on quality, variety, and delivery. HEXPOL AB is active in three products areas, rubber compounds, plastic and rubber wheels, and gaskets for plate heat exchangers (PHE). In China, we have HEXPOL Compounding (Qingdao) Company Limited, Stellana Wheels (Qingdao) Company Limited and Gislaved Gummi(Qingdao) Company Limited.
HEXPOL Compounding (Qingdao) company is an HEXPOL wholly owned subsidiary registered in January of 2006, in Linggang Industry Zone of Qingdao. So far we have 2 mixing lines for fully running and achived the capacity of over 20,000 tons per year.The goal of the company is to become the best provider of rubber compounds and related services in Asia.
With its high performance and very consistent quality, HEXPOL's compound is widely used in the most demanding and challenging applications in different industries.
