A luxury yachting company is looking for ambitious and motivated Sales Representatives in Qingdao.

Sales Representatives are responsible for identifying and finding prospects, developing a professional relation with them, convincing them and close yacht sales deals.

TASKS

• Active Prospection: search, identify, find, study and qualify new prospects
• Establish good client relationship and carefully follow-up clients
• Organise and prepare meetings thoroughly, conduct convincing company and product presentations
• Win negotiations and sign orders
• Manage and grow your own prospect base, professionally, with high quality and service mind
• Arrange and participate in various events to attract, find or entertain customers.
• Extensive Networking, creating and developing relations, face-to-face meetings
• Handle all sales materials and tools professionally
• Actively participate in all promotion work. Shows and events responsibilities.
• Participate in production of promotion and sales materials, tools and processes

QUALIFICATIONS

In order to be considered, candidates MUST:

• Have a solid track-record of successful high value sales (real-estate, luxury products and services, cars, financial services…)
• Have a good professional / social network of high-net individuals
• Provide superior presentation, speaking, communication and social skills
• Be able to read, write and understand English.
• Be at ease with basic IT tools (office, mail, internet)
• Luxury goods, boating/nautical skills or experiences are a plus

• 25-35 years old
• Very social and outgoing, excellence in building up and maintaining social relations
• Friendly, joyful, charming, nice and clean presentation
• Driven, ambitious, motivated, proactive, professional and efficient
• Interested in luxury products and lifestyles, following and setting trends and people
• Ability to work under pressure and willing to meet diversified challenges

Location: Qingdao, travelling in Shandong Province and China

Remuneration: rewarding package: fixed basic salary + commission on sales targets
