职位描述

*As contact window from Key account to operation, help solve the operation problem to maintain and continuously improve the service quality.
*Visit charged Key Account regularly in order to maintain good customer relationship and develop new business
*Handle and solve claims and complains from key account through analyzing and investigation.
*Provide Key Account with quotations and bids in line with the Global, Regional or Local contract agreements
*Develop and implement the SOP (Standard Operational Procedure) when key account is set up and to update and maintain the SOP at any time according to the client's demands.
*Strictly follow and Implement company credit policy, monitor and collect the outstanding accounts of the clients
*Provide information to business development activities from Global/AP key account team
*Prepare monthly report to monitor the performance


Job Requirements:
- Requires 4-5 years of experience ideally in account management or customer services
- University degree or equivalent, preferred in Logistics, International Trade
- Ability to listen, understand, and formulate clear propositions/positions
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Detail oriented. Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of English, spoken and written

Major Responsibility
1. Leading a team of sales to acquire the free hand business through various methods
2. Handle related accounts' matters and customer enquiries
3. Increase new business and maintain corporate account customers. Those are preferable who has stable FHC to spain, Europe and SOuthamerica.
4. Ensure all RFQ (request for quotation), bids and tenders are replied to within the time specified
5. Update the selling tariff to ensure margins are protected as instructed
6. Arrange joint calls and customer visits with Sales, operation, management personnel, as well as the overseas counterparts
7. Maintain up-to-date customer profiles
8. Provide monthly report on all corporate account business development and related market intelligence
9. Perform any special duties or projects as assigned by the management

Skill & Experience:
1. University graduated or above
2. Minimum 4 years sales experience in foreign freight company, among which minimum 2 years management experience in Sales/Key Account
3. Knowledge of International Trade and relevant Laws, Regulations, Process and Procedures
4. Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin

3. 具有职业敬业精神,有在多种文化融合的环境中工作的经验;
4. 强烈的商业意识,良好的谈判技巧和结果导向;
5. 本科及以上学历,良好的英文口头、书面交流能力,愿意经常外出拜访客户。
