Major Responsibilities 岗位描述
Intergrate and perform contributively in QINGDAO team while keeping in line with OPERASIA GROUP strategy and general policy:
-Develop to the best of his ability,his own client protfolio and overall business activity,air-preight and sea-freight,import and export;
-Generate sales leads for companies of the group and affiliates,and handle,monitor and follow-up sales leads generated by the Dachser Group of companies and its affiliates;
-Handle in an accurate,professional and reponsible manner in his daily tasks and duties,and provide the Management of the Company with accurate and regular activity reports;
-Support the implementation of the Group strategic decision related to the sales activity of the Company in China;
-Devvelop and optimize the profitability of the North China region and overall sales activity;
1)负责维护现有客户，并发展新客户，以求开发新的业务，并能独立处理和解决所负责的任务，完成销售任务；
2)负责沟通和协调客户问题；
3)收集潜在客户资料；
4)收取应收账款。
Key Qualifications任职需求
-College or/and above
-3 years work experience in international freight forwarder as sales staff
-Fluent in spoken and written English
-Skilful in office software
-Strong communication and negotiation skills
-Strong independently problem solving capabilities
-High integrity
-Team player
1)大专以上文凭，英语四级以上，英语听说流利；
2)具有三年以上货运代理销售经验；
3)品貌端正，能吃苦耐劳，具有责任心，有极佳的沟通表达能力，应变能力强；
4)能够承受较大的工作压力。
