JD:
？Digital system deployment/implementation
？Administration of corporate systems (accounts mgmt., back-end configuration, etc…)
？Coach and provide professional training to business users.
？Prepare documentations relevant with training, system usage, promotion, etc…
？Support digital manager to track adoption and usage progress of corporate systems.
？Responsible for maintaining high standard data quality within the systems.
？Support change management regarding business team behavior, processes, etc…
？Work closely with regional/HQ digital team to ensure digital strategy alignment and implementation
？Digital system customization and solution management
？Support digital manager for Group’s standard system customization for local needs
？Facilitate the communication and alignment with regional and HQ team
？Work with external distributors and internal sales team to make sure smooth implementation of eDMS solution
？Responsible for the solution management of eDMS
？Daily support to digital manager with ad-hoc projects/requests from business side


JR:
-Bachelor degree is required/ Master degree is a plus
-Experience with Salesforce is highly preferred
-2-3 year working experience in similar position in multinational company is preferred
-Fluent English both oral and written
-Good PowerPoint Skillset
-Self-motivated and result-oriented mindset
-Must be precise and attentive to details
-Good inter-personal communication skills
