运输客服

工作职责：

负责跟进客户的运输订单全流程，准确、及时地向供应商传达客户的需求

维护订单跟踪表、异常情况记录等

负责处理与客户的对账、开票申请、账款催收等事宜

完成其他上级主管安排的行政工作

任职要求：

中专学历，物流管理、运输、财务专业优先

1年左右陆路运输调度、客服经验优先

基础的英文水平，能适应英文版办公软件、查阅简单的英文材料等

熟练掌握办公软件，Excel函数功能熟练者优先

薪资福利：

综合月薪4,000 - 6,000；年终奖

补充医疗保、餐费补贴、节日补贴等

工作地点：

上海浦东新区临港，交通须自理。临港、泥城、大团和芦潮港的候选人优先考虑
