岗位职责:

? Make service line promotion strategy
? Organize promotion materials, such as article, flyer, brochure……
? Well know the Medical clinic service and design the package for sales
? Manage partnership with any third party
? Keep the service and physician branding exposure
? Maintain established patients and gain more new patient base for BJU hospital by:
o Contact potential/existing customers and promote BJU hospital. Some new patient source, channel obtaining platform or program follows up.
o Follow-up on client requests with administrative work.
o Provide hospital tours for customers.
o Competitor monitor and service advantage and disadvantage analysis
o Relationship management with existing customers.
o Internal marketing promotion.
? Direct marketing to clients on all hospital activities and products.
? Prepare and present monthly and quarterly client status and activity reports
? Source competitor information
? Create PowerPoint presentations
？ Competitor’s information collection and report
？ Perform any other duties as assigned
？ Collect and edit independently some related articles such as press releases, coverage of events and so forth; translate English drafts.
？ Support Event & PR activities.

? Good computer (MS Office) skills
? Professional presentation and manner
? Ability to deliver exceptional customer service at all times
? Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities
? Communication skills are paramount, as is the ability to deal with people at all levels within an organization
? Friendly and professional person, trusted by clients and colleagues and driven to succeed.
? Excellent English/Chinese language skills, both spoken and written.
