职位描述
工作职责:
1. Understands Customer Needs: develops a deep understanding of the customer's business, industry, and supply chain; understands the structure and workings of the customer's organization; understands the customer's current requirements; anticipates the customer's future needs.
了解客户需求:深入了解客户的业务、行业和供应链;了解客户组织的结构和运作;既能了解客户当前的需求又能预测客户未来的需求。
2. Builds Strategic Customer Relationships: creates a clear vision of the possibilities of long-term relationship with the customer; demonstrates a strong desire to help customers make their business successful; forms relationships at varying levels and functions within the customer's organization; establishes effective relationships with executives in the customer's organization.
建立战略客户关系:对与客户建立长期关系的可能性有清晰的蓝图;具备帮助客户取得业务成功的强烈愿望;在客户组织不同层次和部门中建立人际关系;与客户组织中的主管层建立有效的人际关系。
3. Creates Effective Solutions: digs deeply to get the necessary information for decision making; develops unique, creative solutions that benefit the customer; links own organization's core competencies with customer needs; creates solutions based on long-term value to the customer and own organization's strategic objectives.
创建有效的解决方案:深入挖掘必要信息,从而做出决策;开发有利于客户的独特的、创造性的解决方案;将本组织的核心能力与客户需求联系起来;基于客户的长远价值和本组织的战略目标创建解决方案。
4. Communicates Effectively: keeps others in own organization well informed; provides consistent and timely communication updates to the customer's organization; chooses the appropriate communication vehicle to convey message (e.g., e-mail, phone, face-to-face); listens attentively to others' opinions and ideas; produces effective written communications.
有效地沟通:通过沟通使本组织的其他同事充分了解情况;不断向客户的组织提供及时的沟通更新;通过适当的沟通媒介传达信息(如电子邮件、电话、面对面);乐于倾听他人的意见和想法;具备有效的书面交流能力。
5. Negotiates Effectively: knows the customers decision-making process and key decision makers; promotes and sells ideas persuasively; facilitates exe'cutive buy-in to the proposed deal in both the customer and own organization; convincingly positions own products and services versus competitors' offerings; negotiates beyond price to reflect value; negotiates effective contracts and agreements.
有效地谈判:了解客户的关键决策者以及他们的决策过程;能够将自己的想法创意推广、推销给对方;促进客户和本组织提议的买进交易的执行;为本组织的产品以及服务与竞争方的产品提供一个强有力的定位;除了价格,能够从其他方面进行谈判以反映出我们的价值;谈判获得有效的合同和协议。
6. Plans and Organizes: sees that account strategies are translated into clear objectives and action plans; prioritizes account activity based on own organization's objectives; provides accurate forecasts for key accounts and markets; creates thorough implementation plans, including account responsibilities, resource requirements, time frames, and contingency plans.
规划与组织:确保将客户战略转化为明确的目标和行动计划;根据本组织的目标确定客户活动的优先级;为关键客户和市场提供准确的预测;制定全面的实施计划,包括客户责任、资源需求、时间框架和应急计划。
7. Culinary Support: generates new flavor/ menu concepts based on customer demands within set timeline; generate new flavor / menu concepts proactively based on knowledge of Global food industry and culinary trends; develops Gold Standard prototypes and works as liaison with R&D team to assist in the product development process; provides culinary guidance to R&D team on specific local projects; provides Culinary Knowledge and Support to Marketing Insight generation.
烹饪技术支持:根据客户的需求,在有限时间内产生新的风味/菜单概念;主动根据对全球食品工业和烹饪趋势的了解做出新的风味/菜单概念;开发黄金标准的原型,并与研发团队合作,协助产品的研发过程;为研发团队提供特定的当地项目的烹饪指导;提供烹饪知识并协助支持市场洞察力。
8. Customer Relationship / Interaction develops and maintain good business relationship with current customers and focused on building long-term business relationships with strategic customers; culinary Support and Guidance as needed.
建立客户关系/互动:发展和维护与现有客户的良好业务关系,并致力于与战略性客户建立长期业务关系;根据需要提供烹饪支持和指导。
9. Chef Network:keeps up to date on culinary skill, food market trends; maintains memberships to key culinary organizations.
厨师资质:掌握最新的烹饪技能,食品市场趋势;保持在主要烹饪组织中的会员资格。
10. Other duties as assigned by line manager and senior management.
直属经理与高级经理指派的其他工作职责。
任职资格:
1. Diploma or relevant degree with chef background is preferred;
有厨师背景的文凭或相关学位优先;
2. Minimum 10 years practical experience in food industries;
10年以上的食品行业实践经验;
3. Minimum 5 years combined experience as executive sous chef, executive chef or corporate chef;
5年以上执行副主厨、执行主厨或企业主厨工作经验;
4. Knowledge in various types of food from Western to Asian cuisines;
了解各个地区的美食,从西方到亚洲;
5. Experience in seasoning/processing/QSR industry is preferred;
有调味品/食品加工/QAR行业经验者优先;
6. Able to communicate in English will be preferable;
英文沟通能力优良者优先;
7. Strong orientation toward teamwork and collaborative development, “Hands-on” and works well as part of a team;
对团队合作和协作发展有很强的导向,“动手”能力强,团队合作能力强;
8. Previous experience or involvement with poultry processors, ideally including support of YUM! Business;
有家禽类加工商的工作经验,与百胜有过商业合作者优先;
9. Customer Orientation - Ability to identify customer needs and business opportunity;
客户导向能力-能够识别客户需求和商机;
10. Good communication/ presentation skill, business management & analytical skills;
良好的沟通/表达能力,商业管理和分析能力;
11. Good command of Microsoft offices skills a plus.
