We’re looking for an Outsourcing Strategic Buyer who’ll be responsible for developing and implementing strategic commodity plans to deliver best TCO, long term assurance of supply, supplier performance and selection, and building supply market intelligence.

You’ll be part of the Signify Procurement team located in Shanghai, China and its responsibilities are enabling global products sourcing from China/Asia to global, so playing as a Game Changer in the team, and Passionate for Results must be in your DNA. 

岗位描述：

·       Develop and execute the commodity strategy, supply base strategy and supplier strategy

·       Supplier scouting, supply base and product benchmarking, supply market insight,

·       Supplier negotiation and performance development, drive synergy across different business in the company.

·       Lead and drive early supplier involvement, Value Engineering, DFX conventions, Supplier Development, Should-Cost analysis.

·       Supply base compliance, risk management, long term assurance of supply continuity whilst supply base fit for future (refreshing)

职位要求：

·       High integrity with proven record – the basic and must have in Procurement!

·       Proven track career record in Procurement, particularly in area of strategic sourcing/outsourcing role.

·       Executive level stakeholder management capability, walk to talk on total cost of ownership in the language of marketing, finance and procurement.

·       Skillful communication in terms of verbal dialog, email communication and presentation to internal / external, both in Chinese and English.

·       Aware of and ever practicing advanced negotiation methodologies, familiar with e-sourcing tools.
