Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for creation, development, communication and implementation of the Operation strategies and key initiatives. Constantly steer and control all operational activities in China with the objective of maximizing the operating profit.

Responsible for performance KPIs- ensure smooth execution of all service contracts and achieved excellent customer experience 

Provide leadership and guidance to BU operation managers and employees to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Develop and maintain intimacy with customer’s high-level management to demonstrate customer care culture

Collaborate with Sales, Sourcing, Finance and HR department to maximize the contribution to sales and operating profit through optimum allocation of manpower and key resources.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor degree, master degree or MBA is preferred

Minimum 8 years management experience in operation role, the experiences in manufacturing or industrial service industry is preferred

Good knowledge and skill in developing and deploying strategic initiatives to meet business targets

Strong finance and business acumen

Excellent management and leadership skills, good balance between process management and result-driven

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Fluent in both spoken and written English
