Mindshare Executive/Senior Executive/Supervisor, Programmatic Operation
Overview of job
We’re looking for a programmatic supervisor with deep understanding of publisher side ad operations and optimization strategy. This person should be data driven in optimizing our programmatic inventory, audience, price and creative.

Reporting of the role

This role reports to Supervisor/Associate Director, Programmatic

Measures of success –

In three months:

  • Gain an in depth understanding of the client programmatic landscape.
  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of the Operation Team and take ownership of pre-campaign to post-campaign requirements.

In six months:

  • Take charge of campaigns for some product line, manage campaign from start to completion.
  • Work close with strategic planning team and EC team with suggestions based on learnings from post campaign reporting.

In 12 months:

  • Be able to operate programmatic campaigns on multi DSP platform, manage campaigns of all KPIs from start to completion
  • Drive insightful programmatic learning and data driven audience strategy
  • Test and learn different optimization strategies and knowledge share with the team.

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Manage campaigns to ensure smooth implementation, delivery, optimization, reporting and overall operation, while constantly looking to make improvements
  • Work closely with technology providers to address and resolve process and technical issues throughout our business workflow.
  • Learn to utilize and troubleshoot new and emerging technologies to ensure client campaigns work effectively and as successfully as possible.
  • Constantly look to improve internal/external processes
  • Actively engage in learning about other/competitor technologies and offerings

What you will need:

  • Bachelor degree above
  • 1 year+ working experience in programmatic advertising optimization
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite
  • Intermediate to advanced analytical skills specifically to performance and data metrics.
  • Strong sense of team work across functional teams.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Enthusiasm for the media industry and digital online space
