General Job Description

作为公司的服务技师，代表IQAir工作在客户服务***线，保证准时服务及送货，并确保客户获得最优质的服务。

As IQAir service technician, he should always work on the frontline on behalf of company. He should ensure on-time service and delivery and ensure that all IQAir customers receive the best service.

主要工作职责

- 确保公司的产品和服务按照标准流程送达及安装，并执行售后维修及保养服务；

Ensure company's products and services meet standard of delivery and installation, implement after-sales repair and maintenance;

- 每日、每周、每月要定时进行汽车保养、产品维护、产品运送以及库存管理;

Regular van maintenance, product maintenance, product delivery and inventory management daily, weekly and monthly.

- 根据公司的标准流程，持续跟踪管理库存，即从总库到运输车辆或公司小库兼或发送到最终用户的物流跟踪记录;

Continuously tracking inventory according to SOP, ie, logistics records from national warehouse to vehicle or company's small warehouse or assigned destination;

- 应答客户关于滤芯更换、零件保修等服务的来电咨询，提供准确的公司信息并及时采取相应的措施;

Respond to customers on the filter replacement, parts warranty and other services, to provide accurate information and timely measures to take the appropriate measures;

- 在送货，维修会延迟或库存有差异时，及时与部门主管沟通

Communicate effectively with department leader upon delivery delay or stock difference

- 根据公司标准对车辆进行检查，确保洁净并符合工作需要，如需维修及时报告主管。

Check the vehicle according company standard, ensure its cleanness and meet working need, and report supervisor in time if there is some problem with the vehicle.

- 发挥主观能动性，用最快捷的路途为客户服务；必须对路况、小区位置了如指掌;

- Proactively provide customer service by selecting quickest route, be familiar with city traffic and residence locations;

- 确保公司车辆及所载货物在任何时间的安全性。服务技师必须按照交通法规安全驾驶；

Ensure company vehicle and the goods ‘s safety at any time. Service Technician must drive safely with compliance to traffic regulations.

- 协助公司同事及销售部门布展及撤展；

Assist company colleagues and sales department’s exhibition and dismantling;

- 协助公司销售部门做产品的展示和培训；

Assist company sales department upon product demo and training;

- 协助公司收纳并递送货款、***和支票；

Assist company to collect and deliver payment, invoices and checks;

- 应公司需要，服务技师为公司提供其它的人工服务。

Provide other assistance and support according to company requirements.

任职要求

- 熟悉市区路线；

Familiar with city traffic and locations;

- 有亲和力和较强的的服务意识，善于沟通；

Friendly and service oriented, good communication skills;

- 需要 3年以上驾驶经验，持有C1照，无不良驾驶记录；

3 years or above driving experiences with C1 drives license and none of bad driving records;

- 懂得机动车的日常保养及维护知识；

Knowledge of vehicle maintenance;

- 稳重踏实，诚实敬业，吃苦耐劳，有责任心，时间观念强，有较强团队合作精神。
