工程部文员受部门主管直接领导，负责部门内日常内务工作： （1）努力完成部门主管交送的各项事务，对公司的通知、文件要做到及时上传下达。 （2）负责有关资料、文件的收发和分类归档，准确无误地填制各种报表和表格。 （3）负责工程部每月员工出勤的查核、汇总上报。 （4）说话和气、热情，礼貌接待内外来访人员。 （5）传达主管有关工作安排，并将落实情况及时汇报。 （6）熟悉了解部内人员的家庭情况。 （7）参加会议，并做好会议记录、整理工作。 （8）负责收集、整理、复印、描绘、完善动力工程系统的完工图纸及改造工程图纸和动力设备的使用说明书，分类归档，做到随时可提供查阅。 （9）每月负责把各系统的设备档案有关故障情况、维修项目、更换零件或更新等内容填入部门的设备档案书。
