职位描述

Main responsibilities:
To be responsible for collaborating with the implementation team in the rollout of company standard applications (ERP, etc).
To be responsible for the maximum availability of computer systems, source local communication and IT service suppliers and submit for approval to corporate SITIC organization.
To be responsible for the provision of IT infrastructure services, IT security and telecommunication.
To be responsible for monitoring of the critical servers and definition of Service Level Agreement.
To be responsible for managing crisis situations, which may involve business' continuity
To be responsible for ensuring that the legal requirements are met: backups, licenses and local regulations related to data protection.
To be responsible for IT hardware, software and maintain a recovery plan.
To be responsible for sharing knowledge in company's discussion forums.
To be responsible for providing written report on all aspects of the IT department.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above. Major in Industrial Engineer, Computer Science or Business Management.
Minimum 7 years solid working experience in design, implementation and support of management systems (ex ERP), Oracle EBS experience will be a plus.
Experience in programming with Oracle development tools (Ex.Olsql, Developer, etc).
Excellent leadership, communication and team work skills.
Proficiency English in both oral and written
Ability to effectively priorities and execute tasks in a high pressure environment.
Proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
Excellent reporting skills, proficiency in using of MS office.
Honest, disciplined and well organized.
Identify and lead Helpdesk projects focused on improving the helpdesk effectiveness and employees desktop and support experience.
Develop and standardize formal helpdesk procedures.
Identify staff training requirements and recommend development opportunities to improve staff development and technical expertise.
Develop and retain a high performing Helpdesk Team by providing effective leadership, recruiting, coaching, training, performance evaluation to team members.
