Main Responsibility:

Be responsible for customer service and support sales development.

Close connection with product managers and area managers to carry out exist customers and /or existing business and follow up the new customers and projects.

Monitor customer satisfaction level and cooperate with internal departments to improve it.Including the existing business and new business/projects follow up,Offers-price, payment control etc.

Current Customer projects:

Key Competencies: to volumes monitoring on a yearly bases Vs budget;

New Customers:prototype/pre-series launch,co-ordination and monitoring or prepareing activities;

Offers-prices and payment control information;

Fulfill other work assigned by manager.

Fluent English both in written & oral
Good communication skill
Sense of customer orientation
Good organization and coordination capability
High degree of credibility, professional competency and personal integrity
Have a Business sense;
Able to work independently with minimum direction and work under high- pressure.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor degree in Mechanical or business Admin or International Trading

At least 3 years experience on foreign company as sales admin / customer care.
