Overall Purpose of Job:

Install, configure, modify, and repair products that have been purchased by the customers. Identify and correct more complex problems associated with start-up.

Major Responsibilities:

? Provide prompt after-sales technical support or maintenance service to customers.

? Develop innovative solutions to more complex technical problems that arise after sales or during start-up.

? Cooperate with pre-sales technical support engineer to research, evaluate and recommend new products upgrades that will meet customer needs.

? Monitor and resolve recurring more complex problems to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.

? Coach and mentor customer workers for our products knowledge or usage if need.

? Claim and warranty handling, communicate with headquarter service

Department.

? Other assignment by managers.

Key Competencies:

? Good interpersonal and communication skills

Education and Experience:

? Bachelor degree for this position holder. Major in Electric preferred.

? More than 5 years experience in after-sales technical support /service position within similar manufacturing industry.
