职位描述
工作内容：
1、与海外校方密切联系和沟通，掌握最新院校及签证信息；
2、与留学咨询顾问和客户进行沟通和交流，掌握客户信息及需求；
3、与留学咨询顾问及客户沟通交流，确定申请策略和申请方案；
4、与客户沟通申请流程及进展，帮助客户设计并组织申请材料；
5、指导学生做好面试准备，掌控面试过程，分析反馈面试结果；
6、规划督促执行申请过程中的跟进措施，力求最好的申请结果；
7、指导客户获得签证，做好行前准备；
8、跟踪客户出国后的发展，并提供必要的指导和帮助；
9、认真参加培训和咨询，做到业务技能行业内领先；
10、持续优化本岗位工作流程规范。
职位要求：
1、性别不限，本科或硕士以上学历，专业不限，年龄25~35岁；
2、英语八级或雅思7分以上，具有优秀的英文书面表达能力，至少具有两年以上相关工作经验；
3、深度掌握海外相关国家的留学资讯、入学标准及签证政策；
4、有责任心、积极、关注细节、上进、灵活主动、耐心细致；
5、具备优秀的人际沟通能力，能够承受较强的工作压力；
6、具备较强的学习能力，能够迅速掌握与公司业务有关的各种知识；
7、熟悉西方文化，有海外学习经历者优先；
8、熟练使用常用办公软件。
