职位描述
工作内容：
1、高效接听咨询电话，成功预约客户到访；
2、收集客户信息及需求，挖掘或开发新客户资源；
3、与海外校方密切联系和沟通，掌握最新院校及签证信息；
4、全面了解客户需求，为客户提供客观、准确的留学资讯；
5、为客户提供专业、个性化咨询服务，成功签订服务协议；
6、与客户、文案协作，跟踪掌握进度，追求最佳的申请结果；
7、指导客户成功获得签证，并协助做好行前各项准备；
8、跟踪客户出国后的发展并提供必要的指导和帮助；
9、配合市场制作市场宣传材料并参与组织市场活动；
10、认真参加培训和自学，做到业务技能行业内领先；
11、持续优化本岗位工作流程规范。
职位要求：
1、性别不限，本科或硕士以上学历，专业不限，年龄在25至35周岁；
2、至少两年相关工作经验，英语八级或雅思7分以上，英文听说读写能力突出；
3、深度掌握海外相关国家留学资讯、入学标准及签证政策；
4、形象气质佳、有亲和力、灵活主动、耐心细致、有责任心；
5、具有较强的销售意识、服务意识，关注客户满意度；
6、具备优秀的人际沟通能力和应变能力，能够承受较强的工作压力；
7、具备较强的学习能力，能够迅速掌握与公司业务有关的各种知识；
8、有留学、咨询、培训、销售行业高端客户销售经验者优先；
9、熟练使用办公软件。
