职位描述
工作内容：
1、深入了解公司文化及产品，准确理解行业价值和意义，把握市场变化趋势，向客户准确传递企业文化及产品价值；
2、帮助市场经理依据公司全年发展目标，形成全年市场宣传计划和方案；
3、根据公司市场策略，不断拓展、优化公司宣传渠道，提升品牌熟识度；
4、不断探索优化公司媒介资源，选择最佳方案，追求最佳宣传效果和性价比；
5、调研市场趋势、行业动态、消费者行为以及宣传效果，并分析结果、调整宣传方案；
6、实施市场宣传活动，通过与公司其他部门协作，达到相应的宣传效果。
职位要求：
1、性别不限，本科及以上学历，英语六级及以上水平，市场营销、广告或管理相关专业，35周岁以下；
2、至少三年广告、市场营销、公共关系、渠道拓展或者大客户开发相关工作经验；
3、具备良好的创新思维和敏锐的市场洞察力，具备较强的逻辑思维能力和谈判能力；
4、具备优秀的沟通、协调能力；
5、成本意识强，具备较强的议价能力和执行力；
6、具备较强的学习能力，能够迅速掌握与公司业务相关的各种知识；
7、熟练使用办公软件，有海外教育、平面设计背景者优先。
