职位描述
工作内容：
1、深入了解公司文化及产品，准确理解行业价值的意义；
2、把握市场变化趋势，向客户准确传递企业文化及产品价值；
3、负责创意、设计、更新、制作公司相关广告、宣传册、单页、海报、POP、网页等平面宣传资料；
4、整合设计印刷资源，提出最佳方案，追求最佳宣传效果及最优性价比；
5、持续提升设计创意和展现水平，为公司宣传做好支持；
6、配合参与市场活动，并做好其他美术设计相关方面的工作。
职位要求：
1、性别不限，专科及以上学历，美术、平面设计或印刷及相关专业，35周岁以下；
2、至少三年留学、培训行业相关工作经验；
3、能够熟练使用Photoshop、Corel Draw、Illustrator、Dream Weaver和Flash；
4、具备良好的创新思维和敏锐的市场洞察力，具有较强的逻辑思维能力和谈判能力；
5、具备优秀的沟通、协调能力；
6、成本意识强，具备较强的议价能力和执行力；
7、具备较强的学习能力，能够迅速掌握与公司业务相关的各种知识；
8、熟悉完稿后的印刷知识，有画册、海报等平面设计及VI设计、网页设计制作经验者优先；
9、熟练使用办公软件，有海外教育背景者优先。
