Position:
The Chief operating officer (COO) reports directly to the Managing Director (MD) of KOB (Qingdao) Medical Devices.生产总监直接向凯欧弼（青岛）医用器材有限公司总经理汇报。
The COO coordinates all the men, machine and material related production activities aligned with the customer cycles, considering the prospects of waste elimination in the production process, process synchronization, avoidance of mistakes and continuous process improvement.生产总监需要协调为满足客户周期所需的人员、设备以及物料等生产所需，顾及消除生产过程中的浪费，过程同步，避免失误以及过程持续改进。

Main Responsibilities:
1. Leadership and Controlling Function:领导及控制：
To Plan, to coordinate, to supervise and to control the manufacturing operations ensuring cost effectiveness and adherence to production output plans and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) for what concerns:从以下几个方面保证成本效率、遵守生产计划以及GMP，计划、协调、监督以及控制生产过程：
? Timely delivery of end product产品交期
? Production Processing and Product inspections生产过程和过程检验；
? Maintenance and repairs of production and process facilities, 维修维护生产设备设施；
? Safety for people and products, health and environmental protection for the coordinated functions职责范围内，人员和产品的安全，健康和环境保护；
To continually reevaluate plant capacity and technology in order to remain cost-competitive. 为保留成本竞争力持续评估工厂产能和技术；
To Initiate and implement cost savings projects.发起并实施降低成本的项目；
2. Team Development:团队开发
To constantly train and develop the subordinates. 不断培训和开发下属；
To appraise performance of directly reporting subordinates (Production supervisors, equipment maintenance supervisor, process development engineers and production controllers)直属下属的绩效考核（生产主管、设备主管、过程开发工程师、生产控制）；
To develop a team culture and to encourage team work开发团队文化来鼓励团队合作；
3. Manufacturing Principles生产原则
To achieve continuous process improvement through the implementation of LEAN practices and manufacturing principles such as Kaizen, 5s, Kanban, JIT etc通过精益生产、经营方法改善、5S、看板管理及及时生产等生产管理方法达到过程的持续改进。
4. Coordination:协调
To interface closely and continually with the Logistics peer who arranges for supply of raw materials and other product components and with whom the production schedule must be agreed.与后勤部门如原料和其他配件的供应和生产计划审批者密切合作；
To interface closely and continually with the quality assurance to ensure the compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices与品管部门紧密合作来保证遵守GMP的规定。
5. Development of Systems and Compliance系统开发及遵守
Arrange for the development or personally develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) for the different features of the production process, equipment and service system operation, and maintenance to support and facilitate Good Manufacturing Practices.根据生产流程、设备和辅助系统运营、GMP的维护和支持，安排开发SOP。
Assure compliance with national legislation and local requirements concerned with safety, health and environmental protection.确保有关安全、健康和环境保护方面遵守国家法律和地方法规的要求。

Requirements
1. University degree in Textile Technology/Engineering or in Industrial Engineering.本科学历，纺织技术、纺织工程或工业工程专业；
2. A minimum of 10 years managerial experience in a manufacturing industry, preferably in textile industry. Position requires extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, regulatory positions and support systems used in the manufacture of textile products.至少10年生产管理经验，最好是纺织行业，熟悉纺织品生产流程、设备，具备丰富的纺织行业管理经验，熟悉纺织生产支持系统；
3. The focus of the experience must be in operations planning and scheduling and manufacturing.具备作业计划编制、时间安排和生产制造经验优先；
4. Management Experience: Leadership, supervisory abilities, skills in motivating people, and managerial talents to utilize available resources effectively.管理经验：领导能力、指导监督能力、激励技巧、有效利用资源的管理能力；
5. Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen etc.,精通精益生产、持续改进等管理方法；
6. Due to interaction of position with multiple groups, job requires excellent communication skills in order to function effectively in the complicated matrix environment.由于需要与多个团体互动，本职位需要杰出的沟通技巧，以保证在复杂环境下有效的履行职责。；
7. Strong analytical and conceptual skills combined with a good feeling for feasibility.针对可行性具备高超的的分析能力和概念能力；
8. Willingness to make decisions and a prevailing attitude.愿意作出决定，习惯占据主导性；
9. Fluency in English and the national language.熟练运用英语和汉语；
10. Proactive approach.做事具备前瞻性；

12. Flexibility and mobility.较强的灵活性和适应能力；
13. Knowledge of Microsoft Navision or of any other ERP system would be an added advantage.具备Microsoft Navision或其他ERP系统的使用经验优先。
