Key Responsibilities:
Plan and implement TPM to reduce channel down time and improve channel efficiency
Sustain preventive maintenance program and ensure corrective maintenance is performed safely, effectively, and expeditiously
Build a strong maintenance team to be the best practice in maintenance, including training, scheduling work assignments, performance management
Utilize company resources to maximize reliability and availability of facility and developing through effective and efficiency maintenance programs
Control maintenance costs relating to personnel, purchasing, inventory control and outsourcing of repairs
Assist in purchasing/transferring of new machine, equipment, tools, etc.
Oversee maintenance of building/facility, general services, environmental and service systems according to legal requirements, safety policies and procedures and Company standards
Required skill and working experiences:
University Degree in Engineering or other equivalent technical degree
Minimum 15 years hands-on experience in Engineering and/or Maintenance, in which more than 3 years managerial level
Good knowledge in Project Management, problem analysis techniques and skill
Knowledge in Condition Monitoring System, central coolant, washing, compressed air and air conditioning system, Machining, Automotive
Strong leadership and communication skill
Open-minded and self-driven
Good knowledge in ISO14001/OHSAS18001 requirements
6-Sigma GB is referred
Fluent in verbal and written English
