岗位职责Responsibilities:
1.Fulfill site working plan according to requirement from relevant PI supervisor and customer at site.
根据PI主管以及客户现场要求，完成现场工作计划
2.Arrange the work of site person accordingly
安排现场人员工作
3.Responsible for the commissioning and warranty work for BCP delivery at customer site
负责BCP销售产品在客户现场的调试，售后服务工作
4.Manage the site, include the person, spares, tools etc
负责管理现场的团队；包括人员，备件，工具等
5.Communicate with the customer; support the customer to solve the problems of the customer to fulfil the proper requirement from customer
负责现场与客户的沟通，及时解决客户提出的疑问；满足客户合理要求
6.Responsible the assessment of the person belong to depot team (inside C&W)
负责所属现场内C&W人员的考核
7.Management of site safety rules
现场安全管理
8.Responsible for the duty of HSE and BOS in this position
负责本岗位在HSE和BOS体系中的有关职责
9.Finishing the other work required by leader
完成领导要求的其它工作

任职资格Qualifications:
1.Bachelor and above，mechanical or automation engineering education background
本科以上学历 ，机电或自动化相关理工科背景
2.At least 3 years working experience and worked in CW with at least 1 year at site
commissioning. ability management prefer
三年以上相关工作经验并且需在调试现场工作至少一年；具有一定的管理能力
3.Strong-willed, Strong sense of responsibility, communicative and ability to coordinate
能吃苦，责任心强，具备良好的沟通和协调能力
4.Excellent Spoken, listening, written English Skills
英语口语、听力、书面表达能力优秀
5.Familiar with MS office
熟悉MS office 办公软件
6.Prefer to work on site and have business trip both in overseas and domestic; Railway industrial experience is preferred
可以胜任国内以及国外出差；铁路行业工作经验优先
