· Responsibility of P&L and ROA Analysis

    

· Analyzing the respective market

    

· Working and communicating with supply chain, purchasing and operations departments to provide the customer with proven solutions

    

· Leading, developing and growing a successful sales team including outside sales, inside sales and account specialists to perform the following:

    

· Maintain day to day sales & customer service

    

· Creating and presenting professional proposals to large and medium size customers

    

· Perform Cold calling and prospecting new customers

    

· Fulfilling customer requests for quotations and proposals

    

    

Basic qualifications

    

· University graduated

    

· Native Mandarin Speaker also fluent in both written and spoken English

    

· Over 3 years new business development experience

    

· Successful experience of key account taking on and managing

    

· Excel at collecting potentials info. and cold call & follow-up

    

· Excellent business acumen

    

· Excellent interpersonal skill

    

· Excellent team player & lead ship potential

    

· Industry & Mechanical background will be priority

    

· Excellent English writing, reading, listening and speaking skill will be priority
