Principal Accountabilities:

General administrative tasks includes but not limited to the following responsibilities:

1.Responsible for purchasing office materials such as stationery, paper for printers, drink water, tea, coffee and vendors management.

2.Responsible for cleaners management and daily monitor on housekeeping and office materials supplying.

3.Responsible for telephone exchange arrangement

4.Responsible for business cards, company envelopes letterhead

5.Responsible for postage and express mail service administration and vendors management.

6.Management of contracts of travel vendor/hotel/apartment/company car/shuttle bus/company telephone/blackberry/clear service/stationery and office supplies/courier.

7.Responsible for drivers management and the drivers' reimbursement review.

8.Responsible for monthly routine payments such as utilities, apartment, company car, shuttle bus.

9.Responsible for all foreigner visitor's arrangements (Hotel bookings, annual Hotel corporate rate negotiation; issue Chinese visa invitation Letters; Hotel/airport pick up; Air tickets booking, and confirmation, etc.)

10.Coordinate with locate employees flight bookings.

11.Conduct and organize all kinds of employees' activities to foster a healthy and positive company culture and employees' relationship.


Knowledge, Skills, Experience Required:
Good spoken and written English. University graduate majoring in English will be prefer.
Good interpersonal skills and socially confidence.
Self-motivated, Proactive, dynamic, self-starter and a team player.
Good communication skills and good at MS office
