Job Summary:
Plan, direct, and monitor service engineering activities so that the instrument and equipment operate reliably; Manage Area Service team

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
. Liaise with functional or operational area managers throughout the organization (for example sales or application mangers) to coordinate scheduled maintenance activities with their operations.
. Develop and implement Service Concept in sync with sales and marketing activities to achieve overall Company's objectives.
. Ensure equipment are installed in a timely manner at customer's facility to ensure full functionality according to specifications.
. Research, evaluate, and recommend new maintenance equipment and tools to enhance the capabilities of the maintenance team.
. Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop maintenance staff so that repair and service activities are completed accurately, safely, and on-time.
. Manage the engineers' activities according to the Company's SOPs, monitor their performance and plan service training or staff
. Estimate the cost, time, and resources required for repair projects; prepare work orders and monitor the progress of work against estimates.
. Ensure full sets of Service records are updated and maintained.
. Analyze reports of technical problems to determine trends affecting future design, production, service, and maintenance processes, and recommend modifications to eliminate future problems.
. Manage spare parts efficiently both stock and those kept with the Service Engineers.
. Provide a communication link between the customer and the company to help ensure that effective service is provided to the customer and handle customer complain
. Ensure service activity in full compliance to SHE policy

Basic Requirements of the Job:
. At least Bachelor Degree in Electronic, Electrical or Mechanical, Master Degree is plus
. Good command of English in both spoken and written
. Good command of MS office software application
. Engineering or with preferably at least 8 years related experience with preferably 5 years Supervisory or
related experience
