职位描述

职能：

Commit to all Huntsman policies, compliance guidance and EHS regulations

Manage job postings, including creating job requisitions in Workday or job portals and posting positions

Coordinate Interviews, including scheduling interviews, reserve meeting rooms or WebEx, assisting travel arrangements, and hosting candidates

Coordinate pre-employment assessment, including setting up pre-employment assessment and running reports, assisting pre-employment health check or coordinating pre-employment occupational health check, and assisting candidate’s expense reimbursement

Prepare offer letter based on confirmation, deliver offer letter to candidate and trace the acknowledgement, and conduct reference check

Jointly with HR Shared Services Coordinator or Specialist, follow up Workday new hire process, initiate movement notice, prepare labor contracts and etc.

Support employee enrollment, including on boarding arrangement

Initiate payment for HR agency

Assist other tasks assigned by line manager

Key Responsibilities

Bachelor degree

1-2 years HR experience is preferred

Prefer to have working knowledge of HR Systems such as Workday

Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications

Good English oral and written communication skills

Good sense of customer service

Well-developed time management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities

High attention to detail and accuracy

Strong sense of urgency and agility

Well organized
