职位描述
Job requirements:
· Colleague or above degree in mechanical or industrial related engineering;
· At least 2 years practical working experience (preferred in automobile area);
· Technical knowledge:
- Excellent IE knowledge;
- Proactive, good team spirit and communicative skills to carry out cross-department project,
Good communication and interpersonal skills, excellent analytical skills, strong personal initiative, careful, considerate, and diligent;
· PC skills: MS Office;
· Good English/French language for a technical dialog;
· General knowledge about the functioning of pump/injector is a plus;
· Travel abroad is required.
Responsibilities:
· Define process times, labour times and change over times(by UAS, MEK or stop watch);
· Define measures to improve work efficiency (e.g. plant and process layout, fixture lean conception application, production workflow optimization for manpower, information and material, K-Ban implementation...);
· Analyse cost saving potentials and lead cost down projects
· Evaluate ergonomic working conditions and define/ design optimized solutions
· Lead lean improvement projects (standardising, POKA YOKA, QCO/SMED...)
· Productivity (work efficiency) incentive calculation for workers.
· Lead plant 5S activity.
· Accomplish other assigned task to support operational excellence such as 5S competition.
