网页设计师:
1. 本科以上科系毕业,
2. 英文 听:精通 说:精通 读:精通 写:精通, 熟悉第二外国语, 如日文, 德文更佳
3. 熟悉以下网页相关设计所需知识:
网页程序设计: XML、Java Script
绘图软件: PhotoShop, Corel Draw
网页技术: DHTML、Adobe Flash, Dreamwaver
4. 附加条件：
*. Strong graphic design skills, artistic sense, and fluency in Photoshop
*. Understanding of information flow, readability, and interface usability design principles
*. Passion for web design
*. Strong communication skills, ability to communicate with international team
*. Coding experience and basic understanding of XHTML and CSS
*. Knowledge about web localization
*. Knowledge of XML/XSLT
*. Proficiency in creating interactive, animated web designs with Adobe Flash
*. Familiarity with web scripting languages such as Java Script and Action Script
*. Design degree or related education is better.
