要求其服从技术总监的管理，与现有的质检成员组共同协作确保质量检验工作的顺利进行，作为亚洲区质检部经理，要求其对整个质检程序的各个方面负责，主要内容包括：
1. 与Fedmet供应商建立并保持持续良好的业务关系和高标准的检验负责机制。
2. 为供应商提供并完善各自的检验程序。
3. 用文件汇报并反映质检工作的进展程度和提升水平。
4. 与供应商和同事一起分析并解决质量及相关问题。
5. 为生产商和同事提供必要的质量检验课程的培训。
6. 审查供应厂商的质量检验程序。
7. 分析和反馈质检过程中所面对的隐患及担忧，及时汇报技术总监。
8. 汇报生产设备知识学习情况，为Fedmet寻找潜在生产厂商。
9. 丰富并更新本行业技术发展知识，经常阅读相关文献刊物。
10. 执行技术总监所要求的其他各种项目。
应聘者需具备四年以上工程科专业背景（化学，材料学，材料科学，等等）
丰富的质检经验是一个很重要的方面，此外英文口语及普通话流利程度以及书面写作是否合格也是尤为重要的。
除此之外，要求质检经理了解自己的工作职责， 合理高效地完成工作任务，建立并保持一个完善优良的质检体系。
最重要的一点是：作为一名合格的成功的质检部经理，拥有 良好的领导能力以及团队协作的观念是必不可少的。

Fedmet Resources Corporation, a global leader in refractory solutions, is seeking a Quality Control (QC) Manager for the Asian region.
Being responsible to the VP for Refractory Technology, and working together with the existing QC inspection team, the QC Manager for the Asian region shall be responsible for various aspects of the QC process in Asia, to include:
1) Establishing continuous improvement programs for Fedmet suppliers
2) Working with suppliers to establish their own QC programs
3) Document the continuous improvement programs and the QC programs of Fedmet suppliers.
4) Helping suppliers and co-workers in analyzing and resolving quality-related issues
5) Provide training as necessary to suppliers and co-workers related to quality systems
6) Performance of audits of supplier’s QC programs
7) Identify and provide feedback of QC concerns and QC risks to the VP of Refractory Technology
8) Conduct and report on feasibility studies of potential production facilities and potential suppliers for Fedmet
9) Review of technical publications and articles related to the regulatory and quality developments within the industry
10) Other projects as may be assigned by the VP for Refractory Technology
Candidates must have a 4-year degree in a scientific field of study (chemistry, ceramics, materials science, etc.) .
While experience in QC management is preferred, the ability to effectively communicate in both English and Mandarin, both in written and in verbal communications, are a must.
In addition, you will need to demonstrate an ability to be organized with your responsibilities, and be able to manage your priorities effectively and efficiently. This should include the ability to maintain and control QC related documentation systems.
Finally and critically important, excellent leadership skills and interpersonal team skills are required for any successful candidate.
