空运客服

职位要求：
1.2~3年的货运空运客服操作经验,精通空运客服操作流程。
2.具有良好的沟通技巧，团队精神和客户服务的意识，有责任心，有执行力，愿意分享，愿意在压力下工作。
3.英语水平：6级，听说读写流利
4.学历：本科 ，英语、国贸专业优先考虑

Competence Required:
1. Minimum 2-3years direct freight operation CS management experience.
2. Excellent communication skill, good team spirit and good service concept.
3. Excellent with written, reading and spoken English(CET6 or same rating).
4. University Degree.

5.配合销售团队业务发展

1. Be responsible for core business development,make customized logistics solution to the customer.
2. Monitor and follow up for special case.
3. Overseas requirement feedback.
4. Market collection.
5. Work out specific SOP for major account and assist to complete proposal for new customer.
6. Assist sales team to gain more business.
