Qualification & Experience:
- Head-on type of person and at least 10 years of manufacturing managerial experience with multinational companies or overseas experience
- Strong skill of control/management on quality, maintenance, operational process and employees.
- Good personal network in the country and familiarity with the business practices and business communities in China;
- Management experience in a related industry (plastic extrusion, lamination or weaving industry) definitely a plus;
- Experience in cost reduction through process improvement highly desirable;
- Culturally sensitive to work well with both local employees as well as headquarter managers/ engineers
- Able to cultivate the Company China culture, which is to be in line with the Company's worldwide culture
- University degree holder, MBA a plus;
- Fluency in English; Chinese communication ability highly desirable;
- Ability to work independently with least supervision;
- Experience working in a lean manufacturing environment is a plus
