职位描述
? Responsible for planning, developing and implementing programs that ensure an exceptional patient experience for patients and their families throughout all inpatient areas including all wards, ICU, NICU.
? Responsible for understanding the needs of our patients (current and future) through multiple sources, including current research methodologies, and providing an annual Patient Experience Plan for the organization and each area of service - working with the leadership in each clinical and service department and others responsible for each point of service.
? Provide excellent services in greeting customers.
? Assist patients with registration documents
? Interact with patients with any issue, answer patient inquiries and assist patient when required with any issue,
? Direct patients in the right direction, escort patients as much as possible
? Maintain a thorough knowledge of Basic hospital charges/ discounts/ packages/ facilities/ special events etc.
? Act as Concierge by booking airline tickets, hotel rooms and providing patient and visitors with local information they may request.
? Assist in scheduling appointments including all satellite clinics
? Assist front desk staff in solving difficult situations
? Greet the new patient at lobby reception and help with filling up registration forms, accompany patient to clinic.
? Build up a rapport with patients to offer personalized services to them. Help with patient requests, e.g . help organize copies of medical records and send to patients
? Help inpatients to get any type of services desired (visa extensions, hair dresser, etc)
? Escort patients outside the hospital if approved by attending physician and PS manager, i.e: visa process
? Assist in resolving patient complaints
? Ensure that comments and complaints are properly logged and acted upon by trying to avoid any patient leaving the hospital dissatisfied. Solicit assistance from the Patient Services Manager when needed.
? Rotate working between Patient Services department and front desk/main lobby area as needed
? Flexibility take variety of shifts based on the department need
? Be alive to new ideas which could benefit the hospital and seek opportunities to continually improve patient service
? Attend meetings as required.
? Take different shifts including weekends
? Other tasks that are allotted by management.
? Executive check up escorting and coordination
? Assist patient services manager on projects and new initiatives
? Maintain good working relations with all departments

? Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time;
? Excellent oral and written English;
? Friendly and outgoing personality.
? Excellent communication skills
? Excellent problem solving skills
? Excellent computer skills (Word/Excel/PowerPoint);
? Professional telephone etiquette;
? Good inter-personal skills
? Good knowledge of the lobby area daily operation i.e. reception and cashier
? Familiar with all hospital programs and packages
? Be organized
? Must be a good team player
