职位描述

?Accountable within product development projects for achieving defined and agreed system / product quality, reliability & safety results and compliance to the relevant internal / external norms and standards.

?Ensure that risks for system / product quality are identified as early as possible, using structured methods & tools for risk management (e.g. FMEA); ensure proper follow-up to verify risks and solutions.

?Establish, coordinate and execute product / system verification, validation and approbation programs to ensure timely market release of LED Electronics.

?Provide guidance on regulatory norms and standards in defined development teams. Keep abreast of changes to regulatory procedures and product standards.

?Evaluate and improve the adherence to the quality management processes in the defined projects via the DFSS tracker score or an equivalent quality management process metric.

?Advise the project leader on milestone decisions. Escalate to management when needed.

Requirements:

§Bachelor’s degree, with technical/software/electronics background is preferred

§Fluent in both written and verbal English

§5+ years of quality management / risk control in a dynamic and global environment

§Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and a natural affinity with IT tools

§Strong project management skills, be able to communicate with different stakeholders

§Analytical thinking, open minded, easy going, good team player
