• Be responsible for strategy and implementation of activities, and is ultimately responsible for the quality of the work and its interpretation.
• Be responsible for coordination of functional area responsibilities in the context of matrix project team environment.
• Establish pharmacology goals, timelines, and deliverables, and further develop a growing preclinical pharmacology group into a highly-functional team
• Lead a team and have responsibility to manage, mentor or train senior and junior scientists.

职位要求:

• PhD or advanced degree in the area of immune oncology or pharmaceutical related sciences.
• Minimum 3 years of industry experience in relevant area of research with demonstrated accomplishment.
• Broad expertise in tumor immunology, cellular immunology, autoimmunity and high dimensional flow cytometry.
• Extensive experience in immune oncology assays and biology, particularly T cell, Dendritic cell, macrophage and NK cell-related assays, flow cytometry, immune cell isolation and phenotyping, cell proliferation and cytotoxicity, and other functional assays.
• Demonstrated ability to guide groups through corporate change and growth.
• Interactive and collaborative approach; expert influence and conflict resolution skills are preferred.
