Optics Development Engineer of Luminaire Group

This role is part of R&D of LED lamps, Its responsibilities are at the heart of driving Luminaire business growth.

 

Together we can…

• Responsible for the definition, design, development, release and execution of new product introduction with right and cost effective optical solution.

·       In this position, the employee will be in close cooperation with Technical Project Leader， system, Electrical and Mechanical Engineers to optimize design solutions. And it is also required for the employee to work closely with optical parts suppliers to solve issues during product release.

·       Develop new solutions, new architectures and/or enhances existing products. Uses analytical and systematic approach for optimal solution. Perform reality checks and appropriate testing. Ensure standardization within product platform and compliances to standards.

·       Perform concept and feasibility studies, make innovation optics designs, analyze off-tool parts, support testing and define and execute feasibility projects for key technologies to enable luminaire product roadmap

• Build up Luminaire optics competence, Maintain and create product (cost, performance) roadmaps
