1.Prepare daily MAP Checking report, discover the root reason of MAP change
2.Analyze the production order variance for 3 plants weekly
3.Prepare COPA margin analysis report and drilldown the product cost components analysis
4.Monthly analyze the Inter-company markup and monitor with the EBIT target
5.Month end closing activities
6.Monthly analyze the Non-Quality Cost and follow up on improvement actions
7.Product cost estimation for difference business model, such as localization product and new tender products
8.Design new product costing model, calculate new product full cost and feedback business to support quotation
9.Production cost analysis by account line and cost center monthly
10.Lead the production cost rolling forecast consolidate level towards budget
11.Base oil/additive/ packaging material landed cost analysis, support purchasing team on vendor optimization and raw material consumption analysis
12.Consumption tax/Duty review in SAP, make sure CT and custom being applied properly;
13.Logistic cost analysis, cooperate with logistic team to optimize logistic cost and overall warehouse mapping;
14.Production efficiency and utility analysis, cooperate with production planning team to optimize volume;
15.BOM and routing regular review to monitor production batch quantity;
16.Material cost sensitive impact on the product uGMVC
17.Inventory control on the cycle count and scrap checking, and slow moving inventory analysis
18.Yearly review and update the activity type rate, work with planning and optimization team on the routing updating
19.Follow group and affiliate KPI on cost efficiency and progress improvement
20.Support annual budget and LTP on the COGS and production cost
21.SAP costing issue review on daily basis and troubleshooting
22.Support cost saving project in 3 plants
23.Ad-hoc reporting and projects


JR
？BS degree in accounting or economy (or equivalent) or above is required
？5+ years working experience and 3+ years working experience in the costing.
？Solid professional knowledge in costing, sound understanding of manufacturing environment and production process
？Strong proficiency in SAP & other basis PC applications (EXCEL, WORD, POWERPOINT) with a general understanding of data analysis techniques
？Good analytical, report writing & excellent communication and interpersonal skills (eye for details)
？Ability to work independently with minimum direction
？Willing to work hours as needed to meet critical deadlines
？Being a strong team player
？Proficient in both English and Chinese
？Quick learning skill and Take task proactively
