Responsibilities

-Handles HR enquiries and service requests of more complex nature (received by telephone, email, portal, fax or normal post).

-Provides advice to customers, ensures service level agreements are met and higher level of customer satisfaction is reached among the identified customer groups.

-Works within defined processes and procedures and gives advice on processes inside and outside the assigned work, while also providing support (e.g. mentorship, process improvements).

-Customer service experience

 

Requirements:

-Customer service experience

-Has experience in HR related processes systems and policies

-Graduate with Bachelor Degree and 3+ years of experience

-Ability to work as part of a team or on own initiative

-Ability to develop and deliver oral and written communications

-Interpersonal skills
