职位描述

? Main Responsibilities

？ Be responsible for working out welding WPS & WPQR and checking welding SOP WPQR report;

？ Be responsible for working out and reviewing welding SOP, including welding WPS & welding procedure card & welding process to ensure all welding process is covered by WPQR; welding material BOM and welding routing need to be set up in IFS;

？ Organize and coordinate welder training & test & skill matrix assessment report; collect and update welder certificates in regular base;

？ Review welding material application specifications and be responsible for signing welding material & others replacement;

？ Review repair welding process and be responsible for welding seam repair welding process with monitoring;

？ Comply with company’s Lean& HSE specifications;

？ Can finish other manufacturing engineering work including post welding heat treatment & surface treatment & painting & packing & participance in factory new products development;

？ Complete tasks as supervisor assigned including participating in factory new products development team and supporting other APAC factory welding work;

Qualifications and Experience

？ bachelor degree or above, mechanic major, welding engineer certificates is preferred;

？ Better to have valves manufacturing experiences;

？ With 5 years work experiences of welding specifications & process & welding material application, better to have experience in welding engineer, manufacturing engineer experience is preferred;

？ Good English capabilities of listening, speaking and writing;

？ Work under high pressure;
